Marketing Head

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a comprehensive skill set encompassing digital marketing, SEO, offline marketing, team management, and more. If you have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns, building effective teams, and understanding the nuances of hyperlocal B2C businesses, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:


Content and Media Knowledge:

● Possess in-depth knowledge of video, text, and image content creation and curation.

● Stay updated with the latest trends in digital media and incorporate them into marketing strategies.

Content Strategy:

  • Content Creation: Contribute creatively to content strategies, infusing storytelling techniques and acting principles to captivate audiences and drive desired actions.
  • Scripting and Copywriting: Write compelling narratives using acting techniques to engage audiences, emphasizing character development and relatable storytelling that prompts action.


Digital Marketing and Social Media ads :

● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

● Manage social media advertising, ensuring engagement and brand visibility.

SEO knowledge:

● Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and website performance.

Offline Marketing and Media:

● Devise and implement offline marketing strategies to reach target audiences.

● Collaborate with media outlets for effective offline promotions.

Marketing Strategies:

● Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Public Relations:

● Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.

● Handle crisis communications effectively to protect the company's reputation.

Hyperlocal B2C Business Understanding:

● Possess a deep understanding of hyperlocal B2C dynamics, especially in urban markets.

● Tailor marketing strategies to address the unique challenges of hyperlocal businesses.

Team Management:

● Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team.

● Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Team Building:

● Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

● Recruit, train, and develop marketing talent to ensure a skilled and motivated team.

Qualifications:

● Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience Of 2- 3 Yrs in a marketing leadership role.

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
