·Looking for hands-on Salesforcerelease management experience

·Experience in working with SFDX & GitHub is must.

·Planning and executing releasemanagement activities on the engagement

·Lead and co-ordinate theGo-Live activities including the cut-over planning, execution of the deploymentplans and checklists.

·Communicate release details,maintenances, downtimes, and other schedules to the Business as required

·Implement branching and CIprocess for continuous deployments

·Responsible for creating andmaintaining different sandboxes/orgs throughout the project lifecycle

·Release manager will co-ordinatewith the dev, ops team and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery atdifferent stages of the lifecycle

·Conduct release readinessreviews and contribute in Business Go/No-Go reviews

·Manage risks and resolvesissues that affect release scope, schedule and quality

·Coordinate release content andeffort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, thirdparty applications, or operating system updates

·Communicate key project plans,commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule and scopechanges across teams

·Plan and manage all releaseactivities

·Continually work towards makingimprovements in the release process

·Develop scripts and automationtools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to variousplatforms

·Maintain a release repositoryand manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies,and notification lists

·Research new softwaredevelopment and configuration management methodologies and technologies andanalyzes their application to current configuration management needs

·Document and advocate adoptionof our release management processes, continuous delivery / continuousintegration processes and tools (Gearset, Jenkins, UiPath Test Suite).

·Maintain a cutting-edge understandingof the architecture of Salesforce metadata and configuration.

Key Skills Required:

·Professional Qualification-B.E/B.Tech/MCA

·Experience in ContinuousIntegration Tools (Git, Jenkins, Ant) & Continuous Deployment Tools.

·Design of CI/CD pipelines fororg-based and package-based delivery models

Certification (If any):

·Salesforce Platform Developer –I

·Salesforce ADM201

·Copado (Optional)
