BRAND MANAGER

Role: Brand Manager {Upcoming Fashion E-com Brand / Store Launch Soon}

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai 

Job Type: Full-time on-site.



Roles & Responsibilities-

 

Public Relations

  • Media Relations & Storytelling Expertise: Secure coverage in top publications & tell our brand story like a pro.
  • Crisis Communication & Brand Advocacy: Navigate PR storms & protect our brand reputation with confidence.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Work seamlessly with our team & articulate brand messaging clearly.

 

 Influencer Marketing Maestro :

  • Develop and execute data-driven influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors who perfectly align with our brand identity and target market.
  • Analyse the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI).

 

Celebrity Collaboration Curator:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with celebrities and public figures to explore potential collaborations and brand endorsements.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage the execution of celebrity-led marketing initiatives to maximize impact
  • Leverage celebrity endorsements to enhance brand credibility and attract new customers.

 

Visual Branding Visionary:

  • Define and meticulously maintain the brand's visual identity, encompassing logo, typography, colour palette, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Ensure unwavering consistency in branding across all marketing materials, packaging, and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop captivating visual content that resonates deeply with our target audience.

        

Event Management Extraordinaire:

  • Plan and execute impactful brand events, product launches, and promotional activations that generate excitement.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and vendor management to budgeting and flawless on-site execution.
  • Create memorable brand experiences that foster consumer engagement and cultivate lasting brand loyalty.

 

Strategic Thinking & Planning:  

  • Ability to develop long-term brand strategies aligned with business goals and evolving market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing initiatives' effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.

 

Relationship Building & Negotiation:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with influencers, celebrities, and brand partners.
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure favourable collaboration agreements and partnerships that benefit the brand.

 

Creative Vision & Aesthetics:

  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics to uphold the brand's visual identity and guarantee brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns and activations that capture consumer attention.

 

Communication & Presentation:

  • Clear and concise communication skills to articulate brand messaging and objectives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence and professionalism in presenting ideas, proposals, and campaign strategies to senior management and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
