Position:Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer About JiBe JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper. JiBe is looking for a top-notch Software Test Engineer to join our team. You will have an opportunity to directly impact our growing team. Job responsibilities Responsible for all automation Testing efforts and handle work pressure any situation Understand the Manual Test plan and report the progress. Participate in technical reviews. Responsible for running test stages through the entire project/project lifecycle, ensuring that the solutions meet the agreed quality objectives and delivery timescales. Adhere to reporting requirements and guidelines ensuring reporting is appropriate Understand application testing requirements and test strategy Responsible for test related documentation and archiving Understand and implement agile methodology and practices Responsible for implementing test automation using Selenium webdriver. Resolve the challenges and application limitations in automation. Qualifications and Skills BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications. Any experience on Windows / Cloud / Mobile would be a huge plus Should have handled end-to-end testing/QA for large projects/products. Strong experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium WebDriver. At least 8 years of industry experience in manual/automation testing using Java around angular JS applications, API calls, TDD. Test Automation: Experience in designing framework with programming/scripting language preference for JavaScript. Design & implement reusable automated test framework to drive test automation goal and to support continuous integration & regression testing. A self-starter who is proactive and highly motivated. In depth knowledge of trends and development related testing. Should have good analytical skills. Good to have experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline and release process Experience in defining Road Map for Testing Activity, defining testing strategy/Process, Solution Offerings, Technology Consulting and Thought Leadership. The ability to think logically and analytical skill Good memory of how software and operating systems work. Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution. Ability to work well as a team player. Problem solving skills; Strong customerfocus. Ability to prioritize tasks Must have analytical skills, good communication skills & proactively doing knowledge
