Job Type : Full-Time

Dussel Contract Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a SKILLED AND EXPERIENCE MARKETING MANAGER FOR A CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR COMPANY WITH RELEVANT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED to join our growing team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content development.
  • Brand Development : Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and materials that align with brand messaging and engage target audiences.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve results. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Budget Management : Oversee marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to inform marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role .
  • Excellent communication , leadership , and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex marketing projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in brand management and creating impactful customer journeys.
