If you're excited to be part of a winning team, CirrusLabs ( is a great place to grow your career.Experience - 3-8 yearsLocation - HyderabadDescription:Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).- Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.- Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.- Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.- Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.- Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems (Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, etc.).- Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.- Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.- Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.Required Technical SkillsCore Workday Skills- Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)- Workday Studio (complex integrations)- Core/Payroll Connectors- Calculated Fields- XSLT/XML for transformations- Web Services (SOAP/REST)Cross-ERP Exposure (Good-to-Have)- Oracle EBS – PL/SQL, Fast Formulas, Interfaces, XML Publisher, Workflow- PeopleSoft – PeopleCode, App Designer, App Engine, SQR, CI, PS Query, Integration Broker- Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion – HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports/OTBI, HCM Loader, FBL- SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANAMiddleware & Other Tools- APIs & Web Services using .NET, Java, Struts- Middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, SOA, ADF, Cast IronDomain Knowledge (Must-Have)- Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.- Project experience in at least two HR functional areas:- HR Core- Payroll- Benefits- Talent Management- Compensation- Time & AbsenceSoft Skills- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Strong documentation and design skills.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
