Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
- Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
- Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
- Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
- Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems (Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, etc.).
- Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems.
- Support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.
- Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry best practices.

- SAP/SuccessFactors – ABAP HR, Integration (Boomi, PI), Fiori/UI5, ODATA, HANA

Middleware & Other Tools

- APIs & Web Services using .NET, Java, Struts
- Middleware platforms: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, SOA, ADF, Cast Iron

Domain Knowledge (Must-Have)

- Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
- Project experience in at least two HR functional areas:
