Role:Application Tech Support Practitioner

Responsibility:

Act as theongoing interface between the client and the system or application.  We are dedicatedto quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systemsrunning.  Can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design aresolution based on deep product knowledge.  L1 Service Desk Call taking profile Respond to the issues reported by customerspredominantly through voice and emails, chat, etc Identify, investigate, and diagnose the issue Provide resolution to customer based on in-scopeprocesses Follows the incident life cycle as defined byprocess - log the incident - categorize and document - resolve or assign theincident to relevant assignment group. Achieve client and client-defined targets

Salary - Negotiable, will discuss over the call.


Requirements

Experience– Fresher & Experience(Technical Client Support)
Qualification- BE/ in IT or MSC in IT.
Excellent communication is a must-have.
Comfortable with rotational night shifts (Work from office)
