Job Overview:

The Project Manager/HR Manager will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of key projects, as well as managing the full spectrum of HR functions. This dual role requires a professional who is highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of driving projects to success while ensuring our team thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, set deadlines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to stakeholders.

Human Resources Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our company values.
  • Handle payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a combined role of project management and HR, or in separate roles,or freshers from the well-reputed colleges.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and leading HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or HR (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
