Location - Bangalore , Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon, KolkataExperience - 7+ yearsPreferred Notice period - only Immediate to 15 days.Job Description:Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and GenAI solutions.Drive innovation in areas like NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.Oversee model performance, scalability, and deployment best practices.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Data Science, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.Strong hands-on proficiency in Python , Machine Learning , Deep Learning , NLP , and Generative AI frameworks.Experience with tools such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , Hugging Face , and Scikit-learn .Solid understanding of cloud-based ML ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI product development.
