Job Description:

As a Social Media Marketer at Percoyo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive engagement. You will play a crucial role in creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce high-quality visual and written content that aligns with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve strategies.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand advocates to expand reach and drive user-generated content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Social Media Marketing is a plus.
