Qualification – Graduation, MBA
Experience – Min 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:
·
Recruitment-
Strategize in a way that hiring is completed within the time frame. Develop and manage various sourcing channels like Consultants, Institutes & campus etc. Organize various recruitment drives at client location or as desired by client.
·
Client Relationship Management-
To work very closely with Client Managers, understand the hiring requirement, and proactively fill the vacant positions. Interface with client and delivery of recruitment numbers with quality and TAT.
·
Promotional activities-
Write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures. Work on more creative solutions to recruit, especially if it is proving problematic.
·
Team Management-
Provide professional support and advise the team on best practices in recruitment and selection. Own & deliver recruitment targets for self & team.
·
MIS-
Maintaining & publishing various trackers & MIS reports, review with Management & Zonal / National Manager.
·
Training-
Training the staff to help them handle current job responsibilities. Nurturing & Showcasing the Talent. Manage, train & groom the team of Field recruiters and back-end recruitment staff. Tracking team productivity.
Requirements & Qualification:-
· Graduation.
· Excel is Must.
