Identity and Access Management (IAM) AnalystJob OverviewThe Identity and Access Management position will conduct all the operational tasks required to provision and de-provision users with Black Box AD accounts, Applications, and Network systems access, ensuring access to BlackBox systems remains appropriate as requested and needed , along with adherence to IT Policies.Among other duties, the IAM Team is also responsible for, creating all Exchange objects, Network shared drive, shared mailbox , exchange related issues, requests and access, creating AD Security Groups, and participating in audit preparation and presentation of Access requests evidence.Performs role reviews, analyses, and executes access control requests to ensure that access to Blackbox systems remains appropriate, as requested and required. The IAM resource will also take on additional tasks related to administration, governance, and overall management of IAM related project activities as needed.

Experience – Minimum 3 years in IAM function , Total IT experience 5+ yearsEducation – Bachelors in Computer engineering / science, IT , MCA or related field / degree.

Main ResponsibilitiesProvision access for New Hires by creating AD accounts, application accounts, and Network access etc. with precisions and accuracy.Process all off-boarding activities to ensure all accounts and Network access are disabledProvide Network shared drive and folder access ensuring practice of least privilegeCreate Mailboxes, Distribution Groups, Shared Mailboxes, Resources in Exchange Admin ConsoleProcess access requests via Service Now Access Management queueTroubleshoot end user issues in accessing IT systemsConsultant/Contractor/Temp AD account extensionsEnsure the confidentiality of sensitive informationDocument and follow established IAM processesEducate Users on IAM processesAssist with Audit related requests, evidence, and response activitiesHave logical and cognitive reasoning to identify disconnects in IAM requests / tasks.SkillsExperience with Active Directory requiredExperience with Manage Engine & Service Now platformsExperience with ticket creation, allocation , administration etc.Experience with Ticketing systems – Service NowExperience with Exchange 2013 Administration Console preferredStrong attention to detail required , critical thinking and problem solving attitudeAbility to use cognitive thinking skills to resolve processing issuesExcellent written and verbal / spoken communication in EnglishAbility to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, identify root cause and have ability to identify and resolve data inaccuracy in IAM related requestsStrong customer / end – user service oriented skillsExperience with troubleshooting VPN access issues , account lock outs , password related issues and such typical everyday issues.Experience with DUO 2-factor authentication or other application a plusFamiliarity with basic Security & Compliance concepts, with an understanding of Best Practice, Least Privilege, and adherence to IT PoliciesAbility to collaborate across a broad spectrum of Company TeamsAbility to work well both with a Team, and individuallyLocation
