Zonal HeadJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager (RM) to lead our Bancassurance Channel for Punjab National Bank (PNB) and Bank of Baroda in the Haryana region. The RM will be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with these PSU banks, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective implementation of strategies to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at PNB and Bank of Baroda in Haryana.Collaborate with bank branches to ensure seamless integration and alignment of bancassurance products and services.Sales and Business Development:Drive sales of general insurance products through PNB and Bank of Baroda branches across Haryana.Identify and leverage opportunities to increase penetration and market share within the assigned territory.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute regional sales plans in line with the company's overall business objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of the team.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall effectiveness.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing PSU bank relationships in the general insurance sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with bank officials and internal teams.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance.Employment Type: Full-timeIf you have a passion for driving business growth through strong partnerships and are looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
