Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics professional with expertise in advanced reporting, dashboards, PRISM, and worksheets. This role involves managing reporting initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and a small team to deliver actionable insights across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain advanced, matrix, and calculated field reports in Workday.
- Develop and manage Workday dashboards, discovery boards, and PRISM analytics.
- Create and manage Workday worksheets for reporting and analysis.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reports.
- Manage reporting operations and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring quality delivery and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Reporting (including matrix and calculated fields).
- Proven expertise with Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, PRISM, and Worksheets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in operations and people management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
