Key Responsibilities
for providing client history, goals, hurdles and insights for strategic development
media plans and recommendations to coincide with media strategy and KPIs
in the development of all major presentations/decks. Gain appropriate internal approvals prior to release to the client
strong working relationship with client and internal constituents
opportunities for the client growth
agency management for client issues/problems
documentation of client conversations and agreements through conference reports
all client materials/correspondence are on strategy and of the highest quality
and mentor junior staff
self abreast on the current on events, latest trends and strong industry knowledge.
that media plans are well placed and maintained effectively, meeting the desired budget and impressions.
and propose media spend adjustments according to performance andmarket conditions
media markets using data gathered from research, analysis of market trends, media supply availability, new market opportunities, and competitive activity.
Skills/Competency/Experience
Practical knowledgeable & exposure about and experienced with the concepts, approaches and issues involved in traditional media planning. Understanding of Digital Ecosystem will be added advantage
Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
Proficient in all syndicated and proprietary media applications.
Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Able to tap into proprietary consumer insight applications or alternative sources for more in-depth analysis.
Keep abreast to the development and trends in the ever changing media landscape.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
