Job Title: Founder’s Office - Growth About Us: At Wisemonk, we help global companies hire and manage talent in India without the hassle. We serve 500+ clients across 50+ countries — handling payroll, compliance, and employee services at scale. Our mission: make cross-border hiring seamless and world-class. Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-aptitude, fast learner (0–2 years experience) to join the Founder’s Office and own our outbound growth engine . This role blends growth marketing, demand generation, sales operations, GTM experiments, and automation — with a direct line to revenue. Key Responsibilities: Run and scale outbound campaigns end-to-end Experiment with messaging, personalization, and automation to boost conversion Partner with BDRs to deliver qualified meetings + pipeline Own metrics across demand generation, outbound performance, and GTM growth projects Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in growth, demand gen, sales ops, or marketing ops (internships and projects count) Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking Excellent written communication, with a knack for messaging that resonates Curiosity to test, learn, and scale what works Bias for action and ownership mindset Why Join us: Work directly with the founder on high-impact growth & GTM initiatives Learn the playbook for scaling a global Saa S/EOR company Fast-track career growth in sales, marketing, and revenue operations This is a work-from-office role based at our headquarters in the heart of Bengaluru.
