Associate Medical Bill Review

Elevate is recruiting an Associate Medical Bill Review to join our Contracts team. As an Associate Medical Bill Review, you will be a part of offshore Medical Record Review Associate team and will have dual reporting to the functional billing head and Manager, Med Legal Services in India. You will be responsible for delivering Record Review work support via the use of Word reporting of associated medical records.

Specifically, the Associate Medical Bill Review will:

• Generate Word document based on findings of medical record review.
• Review supporting medical documents and generate medical record summarization.
• Work on special projects as needed including data entry, electronic filing, organizing documents, etc.
• Understand and work competently in a virtual environment.
• Quickly learn new systems and adapt to new processes.
• Be part of a dynamic team who works together to help our client succeed
• Provide guidance to development teams on solution design, and system configurations.

Skills for success:

• Good with Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook / Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
• Possess deep understanding of medical billing principles and ensuring compliance with clients billing terms.
• Possess knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, focused on supporting your client's need.
• Ability to write clear and concise email
  • Ability to present well on the phone and in virtual conference calls.
• Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.

Experience.

• 1+ years of relevant medical billing and medical adjudication experience in the Health Care Industry.
• 1 year of experience in medical record summarization will be an added advantage.
• Excellent track record in previous Client support/Customer Service engagements.
• Experience working directly with a US or UK client.

• Any graduate.
