Position :- HR Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is best suited for individuals with prior experience in recruitment or calling, who are looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

Job Details

  • Location: Work From Home / Remote
  • Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)
  • Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (fixed) + Incentives around 15,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various platforms
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage follow-ups with applicants
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation
  • Support timely on boarding of selected candidates
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of calling like sales or customer support or recruitment experience (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented with strong attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
