Job Title: Human Resource Intern

Location: Remote with occasional in-person presence in Noida (Once or twice in month or as required, if candidate lives nearby Noida)
Duration: 3–6 months (with potential to extend/convert to full-time)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (performance-based incentives available)

Role Summary

Recruiting Genie LLP is looking for motivated Human Resource Interns to work directly with the Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates (preferably commerce/business background) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and business coordination in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for active client roles.

· Draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and hiring templates.

· Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.

· Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation in Google Sheets/Docs.

· Support day-to-day business tasks including research, calendar management, and note-taking during meetings.

· Prepare drafts of presentations, proposals, and communication for clients.

You're a Good Fit If You:

· Are a recent graduate willing to make career in human resources.

· Have strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

· Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

· Are comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Web.

· Are open to flexible hybrid working arrangements.
