Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact and co-pilot for business requirements within the sub-domain. Hold full accountability for projects, services, and maintenance from inception to completion. Coordinate and prioritize demands with the business, aligning them with value and IT architecture & roadmap. Understand business requirements, conduct analysis, and formulate project proposals. Organize, supervise, and provide support for projects in adherence to IT project management guidelines. Function as the IT product owner overseeing various application process changes and developments. Drive innovation, explore, and propose new solutions based on needs or trends. Focus on process improvements through automation. Assume complete ownership for services related to owned products. Implement continuous enhancements in processes, products, and services. Lead and collaborate with IT teams to accelerate solutions.

Requirements

Candidates with a graduate or postgraduate degree in Information Technology are preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience is required in Supply Chain operations. Proficiency in acting as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Architect, capable of translating business requirements into solutions within Kinaxis Rapid Response. Expert level process knowledge is necessary in Supply Chain Planning areas, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, and associated tools like Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning), OMP (Operations Management Planning), etc., with integration expertise in SAP ERP. Thorough understanding of integrating Kinaxis Rapid Response with SAP ERP. Previous experience as an IT Product Owner or Application Owner, demonstrating leadership and delivering solutions aligned with business needs. Proven track record in delivering services to business. Solid understanding and practical knowledge of ABAP/4, with hands-on development experience. Excellent project management skills are preferred, with certification or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a project manager. In-depth process knowledge is required in related modules such as SAP Sales & Distribution. Functional consulting experience is essential in application implementation, particularly in SAP Supply Chain & Operations. Effective collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at the management level are crucial.
