Skills Required:

- P&L Management- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications.- Expertise in Omni Channel Digital Marketing- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Budget management experience.

What will you do?

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Nutrabay's D2C and eCommerce channels.- Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.- Develop and manage a high-performing marketing team, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship.- Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and track progress towards those goals using data and analytics.- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Work Experience:

- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C and eCommerce.- Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
