Role Profile: Senior Process AssociateWe are looking for a Senior Process Associate to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Senior Process Associate will have responsibility for the following key areas:Role description and responsibility overviewReconciling Bookkeeping Activities - purchase ledger and sales ledger.Bank – posting and reconciliation, Month end close and reports of business unit as per set deadlinesSuppliers – communicating to obtain information and interrogation.Client – communicating with the clients to obtain information and approvalSales – review of sales invoices raised.Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments.Month end – posting month end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journalsVAT Returns – prepare for review .Overseeing the work prepared by Trainee or Process AssociatesIT System RequirementsXero, Sage, QuickbooksCandidate profileCA/ACCA part-qualified / qualified or MBA/Business graduate with a finance backgroundMore than 2 years relevant experienceProficiency in English communication.Communicates clearly and conciselyFocused on internal and external client needsCalm and focused under pressureDelivers on commitments with a sense of urgencyWorks with the utmost integrity, does the right thingStructured thinker, anticipates and solves problemsBuilds positive working relationships with energyLocation / Hours • Noida. • Shift timings: 13:30 to 22:00 / 11:30 to 20:00 on a ( Weekly rotating basis).EPIC Investment PartnersAbout UsEPIC Investment Partners (“EPIC”) is a global financial services platform with 250 people across four integrated divisions Capital, Markets, Administration and Advisory.EPIC was founded in 2001 by Giles Brand and Hiren Patel, financial services entrepreneurs with backgrounds in private equity.
