As a part of Growth and Partnership team, you'll play a key role in expanding our programs by building partnerships with schools, NGOs, and CSR bodies, organizing events, and leading outreach campaigns across regions.

Locations:

• Bhubaneswar (Odisha)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, NGOs, and CSR partners.
• Organize workshops, demo sessions, and outreach events.
• Manage leads with timely follow-ups and conversion.
• Conduct field visits for support and impact tracking.
• Support fundraising efforts and report outreach metrics.

Qualifications:

• MBA graduate with excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & local language).
• Willingness to travel frequently for field engagement.

Experience:

Ideal for candidates with 1+ year experience in outreach, CSR, partnerships, or the education sector, eager to grow with an impact-driven organization.
