As a Elite Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing the High Net Worth Individual (HNI) client portfolio, delivering unparalleled service, and driving business growth..

As a Elite Relationship Manager, your main responsibility is to nurture relationships with 3 to 4 High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) daily. Provide personalized financial solutions, conduct client visits, and ensure a seamless banking experience.

Position: Elite Relationship ManagerDepartment: Branch BankingExperience: 5 to 9 Years in the Core Retail Liability Banking Sales DepartmentPay Roll: On Roll – PermanentQualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream

Job Roles and Responsibilities:Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assetsEnsures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policyCross-sells existing bank products to customersInforms customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationshipPlans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clientsCoordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other productsMaintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accountsTracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

Key Skills Required:Good Communication SkillsProven experience in client acquisition and premium account management.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Knowledge of business banking products and financial markets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
