Consultant Kronos

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, KronosResponsibilities:-· Kronos Workforce Central configuration, employee support, and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance.· This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, and administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors.· This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.· Kronos Workforce Central system configuration and maintenance (patterns, holiday, accrual and attestation policies)· Configure, test, deploy Kronos Workforce Central’s new releases and special projects.· Maintain project timeline, partnering with 3rd party vendors and client groups, and monitoring open issues and change requests.· Develop and lead business reporting functions- HR analytics, Business analytics, Vendor analytics.· hands-on experience, working as UKG Dimensions Consultant, Release 10 and above.· Performing roles like Configurations, analysis, validations, integrations.in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to UKG Dimensions Applications.· Working knowledge of Dell Boomi Interface· Extensive experience on various Dimensions Module like User Navigation, Workforce management, Data Analytics, Compliance and Security timekeeper, forecasting and attendance.· Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.Qualifications Minimum qualifications· B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalentMust have Skills :UKG Dimensions Release 10/11/12Dell Boomi Interface

Role & ResponsibilitiesUser Support:Serve as the first point of contact for clients' inquiries, issues, and requests related to the UKG Dimensions system.Respond promptly to user queries via email, phone, or ticketing system.

System Enhancement:Work closely with the UKG Dimensions development team to identify system improvements and enhancements.Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.Participate in the development and testing of system upgrades and new features.

Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the UKG Dimensions system.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.

Continuous Support and Maintenance:Proactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.Maintain system configurations and user profiles as required.

Client Communication:Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Regularly update clients on system improvements, scheduled maintenance, and important announcements.
