An Industry leader in the field of setting up Diesel base Captive Power Plants up to 20MW having its corporate office in Gurgaon & revenue of over 300 Million USD, it stands tall in the Indian Power Generation Sector, providing complete turnkey Electrical solutions from GENERATION, DISTRIBUTION to ELECTRIFICATION.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Candidate should be from transformer/PSS industry.

2. Accountable for Sales & Marketing activities in assigned area for transformer, PSS LT & HT Panels and other Electrical Products majorly to private customers.

  • Established good relationship with people at different management levels in EPCs, Central utility and state utility.
  • To achieve assigned sales for quarter as well as for FY.
  • Search and identify new areas/segments for business growth and profitability.
  • Accountable for smooth execution right from Negotiation, Order Input/booking, dispatch and remittance with EPCs
  • Coordination with Customers, plant, logistics to ensure timely delivery & successful execution of orders.
  • Payment collection, monitoring & ensuring clean account statement.
  • Reviews Customer requirements, supporting them in Tenders and to negotiates Terms & conditions of sales with customer to strive for best Profit Margins.
  • Preparing reports on weekly and monthly basis for review of Management of all pricing, sales, order in hand, collection and monthly activities.


Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum experience of 3 years.
  • B.Tech/Diploma in electrical/mechanical
  • Should have excellent communication skill with pleasing personality
