About the Role:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide timely and professional communication to candidates regarding their application status and interview outcomes.Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions to various job boards and company websites.Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's Degree
