Location Pune MinExp : 4 years Roles andResponsibilities:
Production of drawings withinappropriate timescale and to a high level of quality by
following the specifications & calculations as per bestElectrical and MEP engineering
standards and practices.Drawings include the following but not limited to:
oGFC
o Shop Drawings
o ElevationLayouts
o Section layout
o As builtLayouts
o Coordination Layouts
Ensure thequality of drawings is maintained as per international engineeringstandards with
details on layers dimensions clearancesclashes BOQ references are mentioned.
Incorporation ofaccurate and appropriate details such as client and all projectstakeholder
names approval and revision details datesdrawing status etc. on all the drawings.
Filing andmaintenance of all soft copies of drawings in the company archivefor future
reference and use.
Preparing bothrough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems
Performing calculations for materials and weightlimitations.
Submission and follow up for approval ofall drawings with the project team PMC client and
consultant.
Communicating with engineers andincorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Preparingreviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
Ensuring final designs are compliant with buildingregulations.
Identifying and communicating potentialdesign problems to the rest of the team.
Quantifying allline items in the GFC shop drawing or as built layout for thepurpose of
estimation material requisition or projectuse.
Carry out regular programme monitoring to identifychanges in the status of the projects
Work under thesupervision of the Asst Manager Design EstimationEngineer
