Objective of the Role:

To handle end to end procurement for RJ VM SAS and SIS. Candidate will also be responsible for sourcing for upcoming businesses and formats under RJ umbrella

Key Deliverables:

Procurement Management:Through Central Procurement procure visual merchandising materials, props, and display fixtures that align with the brands aesthetic and quality standardsParticipate with Central Procurement in contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining qualityManage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of visual merchandising materialsInventory Control:Maintain an organized inventory of visual merchandising materials, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishmentMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking as neededImplement inventory management systems to streamline the tracking and distribution of materialsCreate a swatch / sample bank of different materials and print media for RJ and YURA at office for ready referenceCollaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the visual merchandising team to understand material requirements for various projects and campaignsCoordinate with store managers and the logistics team to ensure the efficient distribution and installation of visual merchandising materialsProvide support during store setups, product launches, and promotional events by ensuring the availability of necessary materialsProvide regular reports to senior management on visual merchandising performance and store visitsUse insights from analysis to inform future visual merchandising strategies and improve executionAdhere to the budget for the respective region and send audit of budgets with reports at the end of each month to Head VMQuality Assurance:Conduct quality checks on procured materials to ensure they meet the brands standards and specificationsAddress any issues related to the quality or delivery of materials with suppliers promptlyEnsure that all visual merchandising materials are maintained in excellent conditionBudget Management:Manage the budget for visual merchandising procurement, ensuring cost-effective purchasing practicesTrack expenditures and provide regular reports on procurement activities and budget statusIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on qualityVendor Management:Establish and maintain a network of reliable suppliers and vendorsConduct periodic evaluations of vendors to ensure ongoing quality and performanceDevelop and maintain strong vendor relationships to facilitate favourable terms and conditionsTrend Research:Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in visual merchandising materials and techniquesIncorporate new and innovative materials into visual merchandising strategies to enhance the brands retail presence

Primary KPIsTimely closure of vendor partners for each VM project in sync with Central Procurement TeamInnovation in materials & technology to bring down cost by 10% LFLIdentify and onboard at least 1 new VM vendor every month vetted by CPTInventory Control & Replenishment of Store VM assets with 0% margin of errorAdherence to VM budgets
