What You'll DriveStrategic Growth & Fundraising

• Lead fundraising initiatives and investor relations
• Develop and execute strategies to attract venture capital and angel investment
• Create compelling pitch decks and investment proposals
• Build relationships with potential investors and funding partners
• Drive business development initiatives

Business Development & Scaling

• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations
• Develop market expansion strategies for services
• Optimize operational processes for scalability
• Work directly with founders on high-impact strategic decisions
• Lead initiatives to enhance the platform's market presence

Platform Growth & Operations

• Analyze market opportunities and competitive landscape
• Develop growth strategies to expand user acquisition
• Support product development and market positioning
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between legal, tech, and marketing teams
• Drive performance metrics and KPI achievement

Core Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience
   in business development, strategy consulting, or startup environments
• Proven fundraising experience
   or strong understanding of investment processes

• Analytical mindset
   with data-driven decision making capabilities

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in legal tech, fintech, or professional services startups
• Background in investment banking, venture capital, or management consulting
• Understanding of Indian legal services market and regulatory environment
• Experience with equity compensation structures and startup dynamics
• Network within investor community or startup ecosystem
