Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Generalist at Kingsmen Barbershop located in Hyderabad. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for Recruitment, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
Strong proven track record in Recruitment
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
Experience in HR management and developing HR policies
Experience with employee benefits administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience from Salon Industry is an added advantage
