Job Description:
We are currently seeking an accomplished professional to join our team as a Lead - Business Consulting, specializing in strategy, business growth, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving transformative initiatives, conducting in-depth industry and market research, and delivering strategic recommendations to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee consulting engagements focused on strategy development, business growth, and process improvement, ensuring the delivery of high-impact solutions that align with client objectives.
Partner with clients to identify key business challenges and opportunities, conducting comprehensive industry and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement innovative strategies, frameworks, and recommendations to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize performance across the organization.
Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and nurturing strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and delivering value-added insights and solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments, applying relevant insights to client engagements and internal initiatives.
Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development within the organization.
Qualifications:
MBA from reputed University or CA Qualified or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business consulting, with a focus on strategy development, business growth, and process improvement.
Proven track record of leading consulting projects, and delivering impactful solutions to clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset, with a deep understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business intelligence tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations.
