Job Title: SAP OTC DevOps LeadMinimum 5+yrs of SAP SD Support project experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create FS for ABAP custom programs for RICEFW objects. Knowledge on integration with other module FI/CO, MM ,PP ,WM etc. Added knowledge on CS and PS. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD -related issues to ensure smooth business operations within SLA's. Conduct unit testing and support UAT. Assist in end user training and documentation. Handson Experience with Pricing, Basis SD configurations , Delivery and Billing areas. Ability to handle multiple Change requests and enhancements. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stake holders based out of different geography. Good knowledge of IDOC, EDI, Integration to third party. Understanding of SD account assignment and revenue recognition process. Experience with SAP SD user exists. S4 HANA experience mandatory. Knowledge of latest Sales Simplification is desirable.
