· System Implementation and Configuration:

· Integration Management:

  • Utilize APIs, web services, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between Taleo and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system connectivity and data accuracy.

· Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

  • Provide technical support for system issues, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems.
  • Address and resolve technical queries from users and stakeholders.
  • Perform system maintenance tasks such as applying patches and updates.

· Data Management and Reporting:

  • Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Taleo’s reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.

· Customization and Development:

  • Customize Taleo workflows, templates, and forms to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance system functionality.
  • Work with Taleo’s configuration tools to tailor the system to organizational needs.

· System Optimization:

  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that could impact system performance.

· Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide technical training to internal teams and end-users as needed.
