About the Role As Sr. Manager – Leasing Support , you will play a pivotal role in driving leasing success for the region by managing end-to-end lease execution and documentation processes. You will act as the key link between the business, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction management, faster turnaround, and exceptional client experience. Experience: 8–12 years Key Responsibilities Leasing Execution Partner with the Leasing team to achieve annual leasing and revenue targets for the region. Drive end-to-end leasing transactions — from RFP to client onboarding. Manage lease documentation including LOIs, Leave & License Agreements, and related legal paperwork. Operational Excellence & Process Management Lead Customer Lease Cycle (CLC) management and ensure data accuracy in CRM and DMS systems . Monitor and improve TAT for all leasing and documentation processes . Prepare and review rent rolls, vacancies, lock-ins, and expiries for proactive planning. Coordinate with internal stakeholders: 1. Projects: Change requests and handovers 2. Finance: Billing, payments, and term sheets 3. Legal: Agreements and addendums 4. Marketing: Tenant communication and marketing collateral 5. Asset Management: Underwriting and area validation Governance & Reporting Ensure audit-ready documentation and proper maintenance of electronic and physical records. Generate accurate MIS reports and leasing dashboards for management review. Key Deliverables Achievement of annual leasing and revenue targets along with the team. Reduction in lease process TAT from RFP to client onboarding.
