HVAC Technician

CrewSELECT is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team  Our client specialise in residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions and pride themselves on quality, reliability, and safety. HVAC Technician – $65/hr + Vehicle | Temp to Perm Location: (Insert Location)Hours: 8-hour days What You’ll Do: Installation Install residential and commercial HVAC systems (split systems, ducted systems, package units, VRV/VRF). Fit and connect ductwork, copper pipework, refrigerant lines, and drainage. Mount, wire, and commission air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems. Install thermostats, control systems, and zoning components. Replace and upgrade units, motors, fans, compressors, heat exchangers, and coils. Maintenance & Servicing Perform routine servicing to keep systems running efficiently. Clean and inspect filters, coils, drain lines, fans, and blowers. Test refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Lubricate moving parts and check belt tension/alignment. Calibrate thermostats and verify correct airflow. Identify wear and tear before breakdowns occur. Repairs & Fault Finding Diagnose issues such as no cooling/heating, compressor failure, gas/refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and sensor/control faults. Replace faulty components including motors, fans, relays, contactors, capacitors, pumps, TX valves, expansion devices, control boards, or thermostats. Safely recover, recharge, and balance refrigerant systems. What We Offer: $65/hr flat rate + company vehicle Temp-to-perm opportunity After 4 months, potential to transition to permanent and get paid as a Tradesman while completing an electrical apprenticeship to become a dual-trade technician.
