Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of developing creative marketing plans tailored to enhance brand presence and engagement on social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing spectrum of the company, with a focus on generating compelling strategies for beauty and personal care brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity, emphasizing social media platforms.
- Assisting our clientele with the branding of their products.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand essence, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Create innovative and engaging content plans, campaigns, and initiatives specifically designed for social media platforms.
- Lead a team to produce high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and copy) that resonates with the audience and aligns with brand aesthetics.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI for marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience of minimum 6 years in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
