### Job Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. You will play a key role in increasing our clients online presence, driving traffic to their website, and generating leads to support there sales goals. You will also be instrumental in hiring and mentoring a talented team of digital marketers.


### Key Responsibilities

- **Strategy Development:** Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- **Content Marketing:** Develop and manage content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, and video marketing.

- **SEO/SEM:** Optimize website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

- **Social Media Management:** Oversee all social media channels, creating and curating engaging content and growing our social media presence.

- **Email Marketing:** Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

- **Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the leadership team.

- **Team Building:** Recruit, train, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals as the company grows.

- **Budget Management:** Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum return on investment.


### Qualifications

- **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- **Skills:** 

 - Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

 - Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

- **Leadership:** Experience in building and leading a team.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
