Job Overview: As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our IT solutions portfolio, which includes software and services tailored for business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Presentation: Effectively demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients, emphasizing their features and benefits to meet client needs.
  • Sales Execution: Successfully close sales by addressing client concerns, negotiating contract terms, and finalizing agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our technical teams, product managers, and other internal departments to ensure that the delivered solutions align with client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Analytics: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and forecasts through CRM systems and other tools to inform management decisions.
