About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive our search engine optimization strategy and execution. You will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, optimizing website content, and managing the SEO team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headlines, and on-page elements.
- Lead the technical SEO efforts, ensuring website architecture is optimized for search engines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to enhance SEO efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Lead or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
