Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manager

  1. Manpower Planning & Strategy

  2. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

  3. Develop effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  4. Sourcing & Recruitment

  5. Identify and attract suitable candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, etc.).

  6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future requirements.

  7. Selection Process Management

  8. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/functional rounds.

  9. Manage candidate assessments, feedback collection, and shortlisting.

  10. Stakeholder Management

  11. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to align on job descriptions and evaluation criteria.

  12. Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders on hiring progress.

  13. Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

  14. Promote the organization as an employer of choice through branding initiatives.

  15. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor practices.

  16. Offer Management & Onboarding

  17. Negotiate offers, extend employment contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

  18. Track pre-joining engagement to reduce dropouts.

  19. Compliance & Documentation

  20. Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws during recruitment.

  21. Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment reports.

  22. Team & Process Improvement

  23. Mentor recruitment team members and drive best practices in hiring.

  24. Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
