Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, optimizing social media channels, and engaging with our online community. Daily tasks include creating, scheduling, and managing posts across different social media platforms, monitoring social media metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our online presence. Scouting of good influencers for store walkins and gallery-focused influencer-led video campaign planning.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for social media captions.
- Know how to run paid ads on meta.
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve social media performance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of the ceramic or similar industries is a plus
Work Experience:
- 4-5 years minimum in social media or digital marketing
- preferred if you have an agency background
