What This Role Requires: As a Salesforce Trainer Consultant, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs across Salesforce modules and advanced functionalities, including integrations, automation, and analytics. You will work closely with MResult teams to ensure both functional and technical proficiency in Salesforce, using real-world project scenarios and implementation experience to drive practical learning. You will train on the following Salesforce modules and topics: Salesforce Fundamentals Navigation & User Interface Data Model & Security Model Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules Sales Cloud Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities Forecasting, Pipeline Management, Quotas Sales Productivity Tools (Path, Kanban, Einstein Activity Capture) Service Cloud Case Management, Queues & Assignment Rules Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing Service Console, Entitlements, SLAs Marketing Cloud (Overview / Specialist Training if needed) Journeys & Campaigns Audience Segmentation & Personalization Integration with Sales/Service Cloud Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) Partner & Customer Communities Branding & Theme Setup Access Management Reports & Dashboards Standard vs Custom Reports Advanced Dashboard Configurations Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM (if applicable) Automation Tools Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows Approval Processes Best practices for declarative automation Integration & Data Management Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) Data Import/Export (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) Middleware & Integration Patterns (Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.) App Exchange & Extensibility App Exchange Apps Evaluation & Installation Custom Objects & Fields Lightning App Builder Development Aspects Apex Basics & Triggers Visualforce & Lightning Web Components (Overview) Governor Limits & Best Practices Security & Compliance Field-Level Security, Shield Platform Encryption Audit Trail & Monitoring GDPR/Compliance considerations Real-World Project Scenarios Requirement Gathering to Deployment Change Management & Release Strategy Common pitfalls and lessons learned in implementations Key Skills to Succeed in This Role: Primary Skills 5+ years of strong experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Hands-on project implementation experience across multiple Salesforce modules. Proven experience in training delivery (workshops, classroom, virtual, hands-on labs). Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools. Ability to explain concepts using real-time project scenarios and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Secondary Skills Exposure to Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning. Familiarity with Dev Ops tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins). Knowledge of Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM. Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Certification(s): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder (preferred).
