The ideal candidate is self-motivated, continuously sharpens their Salesforce expertise, and takes ownership of learning and innovation to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects spanning multiple phases and multiple platformsWork with development team members to craft innovative and potentially complex, cutting-edge solutions to address functional gapsServe as a mentor and advisor to other consultant team membersProvide insights and recommendations to company leadershipCoordinate and communicate with external, client resources effectively and professionallyMaintain project methodologies and procedures for projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and relevant company-wide processesUnderstand data requirements and coordinate with data analysts for any data needsWork in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work productsRequired SkillsSalesforce CRM Administration & Configuration – user management, security, workflows, validation rules, process builder, flowsSalesforce CRM Implementation – end-to-end setup, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutionsSalesforce Data Management – data migration, cleansing, deduplication, reporting, dashboardsBusiness Analysis (CRM Focused) – requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, documentationSalesforce Solution Design – building scalable, CRM-native solutions for sales, service, and nonprofit cloudsCRM Integrations – experience with Salesforce AppExchange apps and external system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)AMS/CRM Platforms – NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, Fonteva, Nimble AMSStakeholder & Client Engagement – workshops, requirement elicitation, UAT facilitationAgile/Scrum Delivery – working in cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce CRM projects on timeMentorship & Leadership – guiding junior consultants on Salesforce CRM best practicesRequired Candidate ProfileAt least 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises)At least 3+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projectsAt least 2 years of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis of implementation projects for related technologiesDemonstrated successful solution craftingSalesforce implementation or administration experiencePreferred:1+ years of business analysis experience working in the non-profit or association industryOther experience on AMS or CRM such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, etc.Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizationsFinance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms for theseYour experience in Salesforce CRM and enterprise consulting could be the perfect matchInterested candidates can share their resumes at: shameem@panache.solutions
