Primarily co-ordinates for Raman department quotes, orders with RUKSL & Hongkong.

Preparing tenders and submission of the same online & offline.

Co-ordinate with CP for orders, tenders, payments.

Collection of payments from customers, Letter of Credit with customers and bankers.

EMD processing, submission.

Managing branch office for inward/outward materials,

Co-ordinate for all import consignments with RUKSL/Hongkong, Customer & Logistics companies.

Preparing E-way bill & declarations for local material movements.

Ensure timely installations of Raman systems in co-ordination with Technical team, Customer and Channel Partner.

Any other responsibilities which may arise from business.
