Job Summary:TheCafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations ofthe cafe ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction andmanaging the staff to deliver exceptional service.   • OperationsManagement:
  • Superviseand coordinate daily cafe operations including opening and closingprocedures.
  • Maintain high standards of food andbeverage quality hygiene andpresentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels andorder supplies to ensure sufficientstock.
  • StaffManagement:
  • Recruittrain and supervise cafe staff.
  • Schedule andassign tasks to ensure efficient and smoothoperations.
  • Conduct regular performanceevaluations and provide feedback tostaff.
  • CustomerService:
  • Ensurea welcoming and customerfriendlyatmosphere.
  • Address customer inquiries concernsand complaints promptly andprofessionally.
  • Monitor and maintain highlevels of customersatisfaction.
  • FinancialManagement:
  • Developand manage budgets including cost controlmeasures.
  • Track sales analyze financial reportsand implement strategies to achieve revenuetargets.
  • Implement pricing strategies incoordination with seniormanagement.
  • MenuDevelopment:
  • Collaboratewith chefs and kitchen staff to develop and update the cafemenu.
  • Stay informed about industry trends andincorporate popular items into themenu.
  • MarketingandPromotion:
  • Developand execute marketing strategies to attract new customers andretain existing ones.
  • Coordinate promotionsevents and partnerships to increase cafevisibility.
  • ComplianceandSafety:
  • Ensurecompliance with health and safetyregulations.
  • Stay informed about licensingrequirements and ensure the cafe operates within legalguidelines.
  • AdministrativeTasks:
  • Handleadministrative duties such as payroll scheduling andreporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of salesexpenses and employeehours.
Qualifications:
  • Previousexperience in cafe or restaurantmanagement.
  • Strong leadership and communicationskills.
  • Excellent customer serviceskills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industrytrends.
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Familiarity with financialmanagement and budgeting.
  • Understanding ofhealth and safety regulations.
  • Bachelor sdegree in hospitality management or a related field(preferred).
