- MarketingandPromotion:
- Developand execute marketing strategies to attract new customers andretain existing ones.
- Coordinate promotionsevents and partnerships to increase cafevisibility.
- ComplianceandSafety:
- Ensurecompliance with health and safetyregulations.
- Stay informed about licensingrequirements and ensure the cafe operates within legalguidelines.
- AdministrativeTasks:
- Handleadministrative duties such as payroll scheduling andreporting.
- Maintain accurate records of salesexpenses and employeehours.
- Previousexperience in cafe or restaurantmanagement.
- Strong leadership and communicationskills.
- Excellent customer serviceskills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industrytrends.
- Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Familiarity with financialmanagement and budgeting.
