Designation: Counselor (Psychologist) Location: Jamnagar City, Gujarat Industry: Mental Health / Clinical Psychology Practice Experience: 2–3 Years About the Organization: A well-established Psychologist-led Clinic located in the heart of Jamnagar city , providing professional counseling, therapy, and mental health services to individuals of all age groups. The clinic is known for maintaining confidentiality, compassionate care, and evidence-based psychological support for emotional, behavioral, and stress-related challenges. About the Role: The Counselor (Psychologist) will assist the lead psychologist in providing counseling and psychological support services to clients. The role involves conducting one-on-one sessions, helping patients address emotional and psychological concerns, and supporting the clinic's therapeutic programs and case documentation. Key Role Objectives: Conduct client assessments, initial interviews, and support therapy planning Assist in providing individual or family counseling sessions as required Maintain patient confidentiality and manage clinical records with accuracy Guide clients in coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and stress management Support psychologist in developing behavior modification and intervention plans Follow up on therapy progress and update notes/reporting Educate patients and families on mental well-being practices Participate in awareness and outreach initiatives conducted by the clinic Basic Requirements: Qualification:  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in counseling or mental health care Strong communication and empathetic listening skills Familiarity with therapy techniques (CBT, talk therapy, behavioral counseling) Must maintain patient confidentiality and follow ethical practices Proficient in maintaining documentation and patient files Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jamnagar city area Updated CV with a latest professional passport-size photo is mandatory Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview and experience) Apply Now: Important: Do not apply by sending your resume via WhatsApp or email.
