**About the Role**:
The **Counselor (Psychologist)** will assist the lead psychologist in providing **counseling and psychological support services** to clients. The role involves conducting one-on-one sessions, helping patients address emotional and psychological concerns, and supporting the clinic's therapeutic programs and case documentation.

**Key Role Objectives**:

- Conduct client assessments, initial interviews, and support therapy planning
- Assist in providing individual or family counseling sessions as required
- Maintain patient confidentiality and manage clinical records with accuracy
- Guide clients in coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and stress management
- Support psychologist in developing behavior modification and intervention plans
- Follow up on therapy progress and update notes/reporting
- Educate patients and families on mental well-being practices
- Participate in awareness and outreach initiatives conducted by the clinic

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in counseling or mental health care
- Strong communication and empathetic listening skills
- Familiarity with therapy techniques (CBT, talk therapy, behavioral counseling)
- Must maintain patient confidentiality and follow ethical practices
- Proficient in maintaining documentation and patient files
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Jamnagar city area**:

**Salary**:
₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview and experience)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
