Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support/Microsoft 365 Administrator

Role Overview: We're looking for a hands-on IT administrator with strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and end-user remote support. This role will be primarily responsible for managing our Microsoft 365 environment and providing daily IT support to a remote workforce

Core Responsibilities: End-User IT Support (Remote) Provide responsive Level 1/2 support to approximately 30 remote users across Canada, the US, and the UK. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows laptops, OS reinstallations, performance issues, connectivity, email, and Microsoft 365 tools Coordinate hardware purchases including laptops and accessories.

Microsoft365 Administration Manage and administer Microsoft Entra, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Handle user onboarding/offboarding processes including account creation, mailbox setup, license assignment, and device configuration.

Ideal Candidate Profile: ∙5-6 years of experience providing IT helpdesk support and administering Microsoft 365 environment ∙Experienced in Intune, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint administration ∙Strong troubleshooting skills with end-user devices (Windows laptops) ∙Excellent communication and coordination skills ∙Self-motivated and organized with a customer-service mindset ∙Bonus (not mandatory): Interest or foundational knowledge in IT security and compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
